WHEREAS Eddie Holcomb is the owner of 9.75 acres out of Block 5, Kemp's Subdivision of the
William Mayer Survey, A-193 and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the South line of Kovarik Road at the Northeast corner of a
tract of land conveyed to William and Rachel Hayden by deed recorded in Volume 3861, Page 429,
Official Public Records of Wichita County, said rod being the Northwest corner of Lot 4E, Block 5,
Kemp's Subdivision of the William Mayer Survey, A-193, as recorded in Volume 28, Pages 628 and
629, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod is called to bear S 88' 58' 30" W 1083.53 feet from the
West line of Barnett Road, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 05' 17' 09" E, along the West line of said Lot 4E, at 446.42 feet pass a
4 inch pipe fence corner at the Southwest corner of said Lot 4E and the Northwest corner of a
tract of land conveyed to C.L. Gage, Jr., et al by deed recorded in Volume 1761, Page 451, Official
Public Records of Wichita County, and continuing on the some bearing along the West line of said
Gage tract, at 616.81 feet pass a 3 inch pipe found 0.3 foot West at the Southwest corner of said
Gage tract and the Northwest corner of a called 4.01 acre tract of land conveyed to Harold White,
Jr. by deed recorded in Volume 2742, Page 134, Official Public Records of Wichita County, and
continuing on the some bearing, a total distance of 786.51 feet to an iron rod found in the North
line of a called 13.59 acre tract of land conveyed to Harold White, Jr. by deed recorded in Volume
2141, Page 468, Official Public Records of Wichita County, said rod being the Southwest corner of
said called 4.01 acre White tract and the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 03' 36" W, along the North line of said called 13.59 acre White tract, a distance of
260.38 feet to an iron rod found for the Northwest corner of said called 13.59 acre White tract and
for an interior corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 52' 38" E, along the West line of said called 13.59 acre White tract, at 145.51 feet
pass an iron rod set for reference, and continuing on the some bearing, a total distance of 163.23
feet to a point in the center of an irrigation canal and in the East line of a tract of land conveyed
to Joe and Marilyn Rupe by deed recorded in Volume 1388, Page 66, Wichita County Deed Records,
for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE along the center of said irrigation canal as follows: N 40' 21' 02" W, along the East line of
said Rupe tract, a distance of 83.50 feet to an angle corner of this tract; N 12' 32' 53" W, along
the East line of said Rupe tract, at 134.01 feet pass the Northeast corner of said Rupe tract and
the Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to David Matlock by deed recorded in Volume
2483, Page 417, Official Public Records of Wichita County, and continuing on the same bearing, at
211,23 feet pass the Northeast corner of said Matlock tract and the Southeast corner of a tract of
land conveyed to Kevin and Teresa Austin by deed recorded in Volume 1455, Page 65, Wichita
County Deed Records, and continuing on the some bearing, a total distance of 348.29 feet to an
angle corner of this tract; N 45' 46' 47" W, along the East line of said Austin tract, a distance of
742.28 feet to an iron rod set for an angle corner of this tract; and N 07' 26' 45" W, along the
East line of said Austin tract, a distance of 14.29 feet to an iron rod set in the South line of
Kovarik Road for the Northeast corner of said Austin tract and the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 88' 58' 30" E. along the South line of Kovarik Road, a distance of 849.07 feet to the
PLACE of BEGINNING and containing 9.75 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that he has lawful authority to
make such dedications. ./
