Block 1, Kemp's Subdivision of the William Moyer Survey, A-193, Wichita Falls, Wichita County,
Texas, and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 3" pipe fence corner at the intersection of the fenced West line of Barnett
Road and the fenced North line of Kovarik Road, said fence corner being at the Southeast
corner of a tract of land conveyed to Rose Agnes Crews and Edward V. Kovarik by deeds
recorded in Volume 1669, Page 172 and Volume 3661, Page 769, Official Public Records of
Wichita County, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 88' 50' 56" W, with the fenced North line of Kovorik Road and the fenced South
line of said Crews/Kovarik tract, a distance of 575.17 feet to an iron rod found at the
Southeast corner of Lot 9, Block 1, Kemp's Subdivision of the William Mayer Survey, A-193 as
recorded in Volume 28, Pages 907-908, Wichita County Plot Recods, for the most Southerly
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 01' 03' 58" W, with the East line of said Lot 9, at 500.00 feet pass an iron rod
found at the Northeast corner of said Lot 9 and the Southeast corner of Lot 8, of said
Block 1, and continuing on the same course with the East line of said Lot 8 a total distance
of 690.00 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of said Lot 8, for on ell corner
of this tract;
THENCE S 88' 50' 56" W, with the North line of said Lot 8, a distance of 310.00 feet to an
iron rod found at the Northwest corner of said Lot 8, said rod also being in the West line of
said Crews/Kovarik tract and in the East line of a tract of land conveyed to Tommy W. and
Carol Reece by deed recorded in Volume 921, Page 554, Wichita County Deed Records, for
the most Westerly Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 01' 03' 58" W, with the West line of said Crews/Kovarik tract and the East line of
said Reece tract, a distance of 267.97 feet to an iron rod found for the Southwest corner of
Lot 6, Block 1, Kemp's Subdivision of the William Moyer Survey, A-193, as recorded in Volume
28, Page 933, Wichita County Plat Records, for the most Westerly Northwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 88' 42' 19" E, with the South line of said Lot 6, a distance of 482.09 feet to an
iron rod found at the most Southerly Southeast corner of said Lot 6, for an ell corner of
this tract;
THENCE N Oi' 15' 00" W, with the East line of said Lot 6, a distance of 270.29 feet to an
iron rod found at an ell corner of said Lot 6, for the most Northerly Northwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 88' 42' 19" E, with the South line of said Lot 6, a distance of 400.00 feet to an
iron rod found at the most Easterly Southeast corner of said Lot 6, said rod also being in
the East line of said Crews/Kovarik tract and in the West line of Barnett Road, for the
Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 01' 15' 00" E, with the East line of said Crews/Kovarik tract and the West line of
Barnett Road, a distance of 1230.48 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 17.03
acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
