WHEREAS Sonja Oliver and Greg Oliver are the owners of a tract of land out of the
G. W. Scott Survey, A-254, Wichita County, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at an iron rod in the West line of the G. W. Scott Survey, A-254, which bears South
1122.9 feet from its intersection with the South Right-of-way line of the Fort Worth and
Denver Railroad, said point being in the East line of Spring Lake Road for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE East a distance of: 300.0 feet to an iron rod for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South a distance of 726.0 feet to an iron rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West a distance of 300.0 feet to an iron rod in the West line of said Scott Survey
and the East line of Spring Lake Road for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North with the West line of Scott Survey and the East line of Spring Lake Road a
distance of 726.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 5.00 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
