BEGINNING at a point on the North line of F.M. Highway No. 1740; said point bears S28052'08"F. 0.09
feet to a ;" iron reinforcing rod found: said point bears N46'23'07"E 2,136.20 feet to the most
easterly corner of the Walter Harvey Survey, Abstract 96, Wichita County, Texas.
THENCE N28052'08"W 316.86 feet to a V iron reinforcing rod found on the South line of the North
Side Irrigation Canal; said rod bears N08'32'48"W 868.51 feet to center of circle for curve
THENCE Northeasterly 414.51 feet with the South line of the North Side Irrigation Canal along
a curve concave to the Northwest having a central angle of 27020'43" and a radius of 868.51
feet to a #" iron rod found
THENCE S44054'38"E at 148.28 feet pass a V iron reinforcing rod found and continuing on the same
course in all 153.,'.8 feet to a point in a 0.8 feet diameter wood post; said point being on
the North line of I'.M. Highway No. 1740
THENCE. S45001'30"W 380.83 feet along the North line of F.M. Highway No. 1740 to a 7" iron reinforc-
ing rod found; said rod bears N44'58'30"W 480.58 feet to center of circle for curve
THENCE Southwesterly 85.99 feet with the North line of F.M. Highway No. 1740 along a curve concave
to the Northwest having a central angle of 10'15'07" and a radius of 480.58 feet to the place
of beginning and containing 2.18 acres of land more or less.
The owners of land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all. streets
