of land out of Day Land and Cattle Company Survey, Abstract 618, and the G.C.
& S.F. Survey Abstract No. 492, Wichita County, Texas, described by metes and
bounds as follows:
STARTING at the center of a cul-de-sac 100 feet in diameter, said center bears
4716.8 feet North and 990.4 feet West of the Northeast corner of the Day Land
and Cattle Company Survey, A-618;
THENCE N 69' 39' 24" W 50.0 feet to an iron rod for the Place of Beginning of
this tract;
THENCE Southeasterly with cul-de-sac having a radius of 50 feet and a central
angle of 73' 20' 19" for an arc distance of 64.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE with the West line of Wranglers Retreat S 06' 56' W 479.84 feet to an iron
rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 83' 04' W 705.0 feet to a point on the high bank of the Wichita River;
THENCE with the bank of Wichita River as follows: N 08' 15' E 20.0 feet;
N 01' 50, E 220.0 feet; and N 16' 00' E 411.29 feet to an iron rod in fence, for
the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with fence S 730 12, E 645.24 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 9.476 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are
subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby
dedicate to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
