View Drive, said rod bears S 00' 14' 53" E 140.01 feet and N 79' 42' 32" W 5.24 feet from
an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of Lot 1B, Mobile Addition, as recorded at Volume
26, Pages 107 & 108, Wichita County Plat Records, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 14' 53" E with the West line of City View Drive, and the East line of said Lot
1, a distance of 140.00 feet to an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1, for
the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 88' 57' 05" W a distance of 212.10 feet to an iron rod set for the Southwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 14' 53" W a distance of 182.42 feet to an iron rod set for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 79' 42' 32" E, at 17.38 feet pass an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of
said Lot 1, and continuing on some course, in all a distance of 215.72 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.78 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names ore subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
