WHEREAS, W.D. Cline, is the owner of certain lands out of the Thos. A. Garner Survey,
Abstract #94, situated in the County of Wichita and the State of Texas, and lying within the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, said tract being more fully described hereinafter, and,
WHEREAS, the said W.D. Cline, desires to plat said land owned by him,and subdivide said
land into lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PHESEN:•S, that I, W.D. Cline, do by these presents
plat the lands hereinafter described and as shown by the map or plat of said land hereto attache
to be hereafter known and described as the J.W. Gentry Addition to the City of Wichita Falls
Texas, as shown by said map or plat, hereby adopting the same as a true and correct man of the
J.W. Gentry Addition to the ilty of Wichita Falls, Texas, and I do by these presents subdivide
the said lands into lots designated by numbers, and of the dimensions as shown of the said plat
hereto attached and designating easement as shown on said plat.
The said lands so subdivided being. described by metes and bounds as follows:
A tract QL parcel of land out of the Thos. H. Garner Survey, Abstract #94, and more fu
described as follows, to -wit:
BEGINNING At a point in the !Jest boundaryy line of Bridwell Street 179.2' North of the
Southeast corner of Lot Seven (7) in Block Five l5) of the Lee Wilson Addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas;
THENCE North with the West boundary line of Bridwell Street 150' for corner;
THENCE West parallel with the South boundary line of Ardath Street, a distance of 1481
for corner; THENCE South, parallel with the West boundary line of Bridwell Street, 150', same
being a point in the North boundary line of the alley North of Block 5, of the said Lee Wilson
Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and 1481 West of the West Boundary line of Bridw
Street for corner; THENCE East 1481 to the place of beginning.
The easement on the rear of Bald lots as shown by said plat Is expressly reserved to t
public for its use.
