East Lincoln Street for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 82' 00' W with the North line of East Lincoln Street a distance of
227.24 feet to an iron rod for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 53, E a distance of 228.72 feet to an iron rod for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 85° 26' E a distance of 225.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
