Beginning at a 1/2" iron rod lying in the West right-of-way line of Colquitt Road, a dedicated Street, said iron rod being the Southeast corner of Lot
2-C, Block 1, Junk Addition, an 3ddI144W to the City or Wichita falls, Texas, said iron rod bears North 660 28' 21" West 1769.10 feet from the Southeast
