WHEREAS, Trans Chemical Distribution Co. and T. L. C. Properties Inc. are
the owners of a tract of land out of John Scott Survey No. 17, Abst. 298,
Wichita County Texas and being more specifically described as Follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the center line of the Burlington
Northern Railroad with the West property line of North Broadway Street.
THENCE North 79 degrees 56 minutes West 1259.05 feet along the center lin,
of said Burlington Northern Railroad.
THENCE North .50.77 feet to the North right of way line of said Burlington
Northern Railroad, chisel an "X" in the top of a concrete curb, the point of
beginning of this tract.
THENCE North 79 degrees 56 minutes West 470.0 feet along the North right.
of way line of said Burlington Northern Railroad set a 1/2 inch reinforcing
rod.
THENCE North 50.77 feet to the South line of a 60 foot wide Old Iowa Park
Road, set a 1/2 inch reinforcing rod for corner.
THENCE South 79 degrees 56 minutes East 470.0 feet along the South line
of said Old Iowa Park Road, set a 1/2 inch reinforcing rod.
THENCE South 50.77 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.54
acres of land more or less.
