E 486.0 feet to an iron rod for the North corner of this tract;

THENCE with the centerline of Call Field Canal as follows: N 88° 22, W 339.9 feet
to the beginning of a curve to the right; Thence with curve to the right having
a radius of 1145.93 feet and a central angle of 41° 29' 58" for an arc distance
of 830.0 feet to the end of curve; Thence N 46' 52' W 607.3 feet to the PLACE
