THENCE N 89° 41, W a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod in the East line of Polk
Street;
THENCE N 00° 19' E with the East line of Polk Street a distance of 50.0 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.23 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto,
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
