WHEREAS, Cantu Services Inc. is the owner of a tract of land out of the H. & G.N.
R.R. Co. Survey Section 39, Abst. 161, Wichita Falls, Wichita County Texas and is more E
cally described as follows:
BEGINNING at a one inch reinforcing rod which bears North 00 degrees 04 minutes East 21.5 feet
and North 89 degrees 56 minute _rlest 2303.1 feet from the Southeast Corner of the said Section
Section 19, H. & G.N. R. R. Co. Survey, said 1 inch reinforcing rod being the Southeast Corner
and beginning point of this tract.
THENCE North 00 degrees 04 minutes East 601.74 feet to a 5/8 inch reinforcing rod set in a
3.081 degree curve to the left in the south right of way line of Missle Road;
THENCE South 64 degrees 17 minutes West 12.11 feet albnr, a chord of the 3.081 degree curve to
the left, along the South right of way line of Missle Road to a Texas Highway Dept. monument,
the P.T. of said curve.
THEME South 64 degrees 06 minutes West 694.67 feet along the South right of way line of
Missle Road to a Texas Highway Dept. monument.
THENCE South 16 degrees 26 minutes West 3.4 feet to a Texas Highway Dept. monument, a point in
the East right of way line of Interstate Hwy. 44.
THENCE South 51 degrees 58 minutes East 432.10 feet along said East right of way of I.H. 44 to
a Texas Highway Dept. monument, an angle point.
THENCE South 71 degrees 11 minutes East 47.33 feet along I.H. 44 to a Texas Highway Dept.
monument.
THENCE South 00 degrees 04 minutes West 8.0 feet to a V2" Reinforcing Rod.
THENCE South 89 degrees 56 minutes East along the North line of Reilly Road to the place of
beginning and containing 5.29 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, in person or
through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for
the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
