BEGINNING at a bridge spike found for the Northeast corner of Block 14, Kemp and
Newby Subdivision of Cherokee county School Land:
_ THENCE South with the center of Old Windthorst Road and, tle East line of said Block
14 a distance of 349.7 feet to a bridge spike for tht Southeast corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 890 33' 30" W at 30.0 feet pass an iron rod in the West line of Old
Windthorst. Road and continuing on the same course. in al a distance of 2892.5 feet
to an iron rod in the West line of said Block 14 for the Southwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 010 10' E with the West line of said Block 14 a distance of 381.60 feet to a
4" iron pipe fence corner for the Northwest corner of this tract:
THENCE S 89" 48' 36" E with the North line of said Block 14, at 2323.17 feet pass an
Iron rod in the West line of Old Windthorst Road and continuing on the same course.
being parallel to and 10.0 feet North of the South line, of Old Windthorst Road, iri
all a distance of 2884.57 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 24.25 acres,
of land.
