metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Scott's Drive Inn Subdivision as
recorded in Volume 25, Page 135, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the East
line of Old Jacksbore Highway for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North with the East line of Old Jacksbore Highway a distance of 60.0 feet to an
iron rod for the North west corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89 50' E a distance of 250.0 feet to an iron rod in the West line of Cherokee
Industrial Park for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South with the East line of Cherokee Industrial Park a distance of 60.0 feet to an
iron rod at the Northeast corner of Scott's Drive Inn Subdivision for the Southeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE S 89 50' W with the North line of Scott's Drive Inn Subdivision a distance of
250.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.344 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
