Southeast corner of Wichita Falls Softball Complex Addition, as recorded in Volume 26, Page 379-380, Wichita County Plat
Records, for the Southwest corner of this tract;

THENCE S 120 34' 03" E with the West line of Sheppard Access Road a distance of 660.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
