Texas, said tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a fence corner post lying in the north right-of-way line of Reilly
Road, said fence corner post bears South 89' 56' East 4,146.90 feet and North 00°04' East
20 feet from the southwest corner of said Section 39, said fence corner post bears
South 00* 04' West 1.50 feet from the southwest corner of the Rivas Addition, an addition
to the City of Wichita Falls, said fence corner post being the southeast corner and Place
of Beginning of this description;
Thence along said north right-of-way of Reilly Road, North 89° 56' West 75.0 feet to a
steel rod for the southwest corner of the herein described tract; thence North 00°04'East
a distance of 121.50 feet to a I inch iron rod; thence South 89' 56' East a distance of
75.0 feet to a j inch iron rod in the west line of the Rivas Addition; thence along the
west line of said Rivas Addition, South 00° 04' West a distance of 121.50 feet to the
