Big Wichita River for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 090 16' W with said East bank a distance of 373.5 feet to a point for
the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East a distance of 675.4 feet to a point for the most Southerly Southeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 060 40' E a distance of 75.85 feet to an ell corner of this tract in
the North line of the Robert Evans Survey, A-74;
THENCE N 890 431 E with said survey line a distance of 252.4 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 6.907 acres of land.
