THENCE s 00' 27' 45" W a distance of 135.00 feet to an 'x' set in concrete at the Northeast
corner of Lot 7;
THENCE N 89' 58' 00" W a distance of 127.46 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.396 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and
