THENCE S 890 561 W 381.2 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 5;
THENCE N 700 161 W 263.6 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 6, Block 5;
THENCE with the East line of 14.3 acre park tract described at Volume 756, Page 217, Wichita County Deed Records,
S 100 301 W 455.0 feet and S 440 23' E 784.25 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast corner of park;
THENCE with the North line of 15 foot alley adjacent to Lot 1, Block 6, University Park Section S, N 780 541 E 42.1 feet
to Southeast corner of this tract in West line of Mistletoe Drive;
THENCE with West line of Mistletoe Drive as follows: N 000 04' E 103.6 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right
having a radius of 637.2 feet and a central angle of 270 401 30"; Thence Northeasterly with said curve for a distance of
307.8 feet; Thence N 270 441 3011 E 187.75 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 286.4 feet and
a central angle of 300 071 30';
THENCE Northerly with said curve for a distance of 150.6 feet;
THENCE. N 020 231 W 41.0 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 195.8 feet and a central angle
of 290 391;
THENCE Northwesterly for a distance of 101.3 feet to the end of curve; Thence N 320 021 W 75.0 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 10.92 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses,
