Road and also bearing North 49.0 and S 88' 03' W 726.0 feet from the Southeast corner of J.A. Scott
Survey No. 13;
THENCE S 880 03' W with the North line of Hampton Road, 100.0 feet to a point for the Southwest corner
of said Lot 16;
THENCE North with the West line of said Lot 16 a distance of 100.0 feet to a point for the Northwest
corner of Lot 16;
THENCE N 880 03' E with the North line of said Lot 16, a distance of 100.0 feet to a point for the
Northeast corner of Lot 16;
THENCE South with the East line of said Lot 16, a distance of 100.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.23 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
