by unanimous vote passed the following order:
(3259-C) Motion made by Mr. Haynes and seconded by Mr. Cooper that
the plat or map of the Railway Subdivision of a portion of
J. A. Scott Survey No. 13 and Cherolfee County School Land, Wichita County,
Texas, be approved and ordered filed in the office of the County Clerk.
