fort wide right of way; said point being 4433.06 feet along Seymour Highway from the east line
of said Robert Evans Survey;
THENCF. N 420 30' E, with said south line of Seymour Highway, 222.86 feet to an iron rod
set for corner at the most northern northwest corner of the B.P.O.E. No. 1105 Subdivision,
Wichita Falls, Texas;
THENCE S 15, 15' E, with the most eastern west line of said Subdivision, 301.50 feet to
an iron rod set for corner at the most eastern northwest corner of said Subdivision;
THENCE: S 700 29' W, with the most southern north line of said Subdivision; 121.40 feet
to an iron rod set for corner in the east line of said Winann Street,
THENCE N 34° 38' W, with said east line, 203.13 feet to the place of beginning;
CONTAINING 40,316.29 square feet or 0.926 acres of land, more or less.
