A tract of land being a part of Block 5 of the J.A. Kemp Resubdivision and a part of Block 13. Kemp and Newby Subdivision of the J.A.
Scott Survey No. 11, A-299, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more specifically
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at an "X" in concrete at the intersection of the west right-of-way line of Old Windthorst Road, and the north right-of-
way line of East Scott Avenue (U.S. Highway No. 287), for the most southerly southeast corner and place of beginning of this
description;
Thence along said north right-of-way line of East Scott Avenue, along a 2.035 degree curve to the right, having a radius of
2,814.79 feet and a central angle of 040 07' 36", a distance of 202.73 feet to a 112 inch iron rod for the most southerly southwest
corner of this tract;
I Thence North 000 18' West, leaving said north riqht-of-way line, a distance of 302.12 feet to a 112 inch iron rod lying in the
north right-of-way line of East Fort Worth Street for an ell corner of this tract;
Thence South 8R° 54' West, along said north right-of-way line of East Fort Worth Street, a distance of 155.48 feet to a 112 inch
II iron rod for the westerly southwest corner of this tract;
Thence North 37° 39' East, leaving said north right-of-way line of East Fort Worth Street and along the west line of a 0.251 acre
tract of land abandoned by the Irrigation District, a distance of 358.66 feet to a 112 inch iron rod for an ell corner;
Thence South 520 21' East 30.00 feet to a 112 inch iron rod lying in the east line of a 60-foot irrigation canal for an ell
corner;
