WHEREAS the City of Wichita Falls and Jim Glasgow are the owners of Lot 1, Block 1,
Northview Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Northview Addition,
Wichita Falls, Texas, as shown on plat recorded in Volume 26, Page 155 and 156, Wichita County
Plat Records, said iron rod being in the West line of City View Lane;
THENCE S 00° 11' E with the West line of City View Lane, a distance of 418.96 feet to an iron rod
found;
THENCE S 46° 40' W a distance of 45.13 feet to a hole found in a broken highway monument in
the North line of Northwest Freeway;
THENCE with the North line of Freeway as follows: N 890 52' W a distance of 270.57 feet to an
iron rod found at an angle point; S 870 54' W a distance of 650.44 feet to an iron rod found at an
angle point; N 89' 59' W a distance of 30.48 feet to an iron rod found at the beginning of a curve
to the right having a radius of 11460.00 feet;
Thence with said curve to the right for an arc distance of 238.31 feet (chord bears N 890 23' W
238.31 feet) to an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of Lot 1;
THENCE leaving Freeway, N 00° 16' E with the West line of said Lot 1, a distance of 467.74 feet
to an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of Lot 1;
THENCE N 890 52' E a distance of 1218.65 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
12.857 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon
shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
