described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2" iron rod lying in the west right-of-way line of City View Drive, said 1/2" iron rod bears
South 00 11' East 3039.97 feet and South 89 52' West 21.35 teet from the northeast corner of said G.W. Scott
Survey, said 1/2" iron rod being the northeast corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said west right-of-way line of City View Drive, South 00 11' East 400.19 feet to a Texas Highway
Department Monument, being the point of intersection of said west right-of-way line of City View Drive and the
north right-of-way line of U.S. 287 Expressway (Northwest Freeway);
Thence along said north right-of-way line of U.S. 287 Expressway (Northwest Freeway) as follows:
Thence South 46 40' West 72.54 feet to a Texas Highway Department Monument, being the southeast corner
of this tract;
