THENCE South a distance of 125.0 feet to an iron rod in the North line of Roosevelt Street for the Southeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE West along the North line of Roosevelt Street 50.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.143 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
