County School Lands, A-33, Wichita County, Texas and being more specifically described by metes and
bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 112 inch iron rod lying in the west boundary line of said Block 14, said 112 inch
iron rod bears South 587.50 feet from the northwest corner of theabovementioned Block 14, J.A.
Scott Survey No. 13, said 112 inch iron rod being the occupied northwest corner of a 5.0 acre tract
described in Volume 1379, Page 44, Wichita County Deed Records, and being the northwest corner of the
herein described tract;
Thence South 89' 56' 26" East 355.04 feet, along the occupied north line of the above mentioned
5.0 acre tract, to a 112 inch iron rod for a corner;
Thence North 57' 59' 29" East 19.57 feet, along a fence line, to a 112 inch iron rod for corner;
Thence North 89° 42' 41" East 307.92 feet, along a fence line to a 112 inch iron rod for the
northeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 00° 05' 49" East 760.74 feet, along the occupied east fence line of a 5.0 acre
tract as described in Volume 1378, Page 40 of the Wichita County Deed Records, to a 112 inch iron rod
lying in the north right-of-way line of Hampton Road for the southeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 88° 22' 29" West 681.11 feet, along said north riqht-of-way line to a 112 inch iron
rod for the southeast corner of this tract;
Thence North, leaving said north riqht-of-way line of Hampton Road, 768.50 feet along the
occupied west line of the above mentioned Block 14 to the place of beginning and containing 11.93
