intersection of the South line of Pepperbush Drive and the West line of Bayberry Drive;
THENCE S 000 10' E with the West line of Bayberry Drive, a distance of 120.44 feet to an iron rod found at the
Southeast corner of Lot 1.
THENCE S 89' 50' W with the South line of Lot 1, a distance of 75.0 feet to an iron rod found at the Southeast corner
of Lot 2;
THENCE S 75° 20' W with the South line of Lot 2, a distance of 55.53 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest corner
of Lot 2;
THENCE N 180 04' W with the West line of Lot 2, a distance of 116.72 feet to an iron rod found in the South line of
Pepperbush Drive;
THENCE N 71 ° 56' E with the South line of Pepperbush Drive, a distance of 60.0 feet to an "x" set in a concrete drive
at the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 100.0 feet;
THENCE in a Northeasterly direction with said curve to the right, an arc distance of 31.24 feet to an iron rod found at
the end of curve;
THENCE N 89' 50' E a distance of 76.8 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing .410 acres of land
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereon and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and co erations therein
expressed.
