THENCE N 00' 13' W a distance of 96.66 feet to a point at the beginning of a
curve to the right having a radius of 100.00 feet and a central angle of 72' 09' 29"
and a chord bearing N 35 51' 40" E;
THENCE in a Northeasterly direction with said curve to the right an arc distance of 125.94
feet to a point in the South line of Pepperbush Drive at the Northwest corner of Lot 5;
THENCE S 24' 57' 32" E a distance of 107.00 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest
corner of Lot 5;
THENCE S 03' 45' 41" E a distance of 94.78 feet to an iron rod found in the North
line of Bayberry Drive for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 44' 47' W a distance of 120.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.418 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and consideration therein expressed.
