WHEREAS William J. Homes, Inc. is the owner of a 0.81 acre tract out of Lot 1, Judd
Additon, as recorded in Volume 26, Page 99, Wichita County Plot Records, and more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1, said rod being the
West line of Old Jacksboro Highway, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 38' 21" W, with the South fine of said Lot 1, a distance of 351.40 feet to an
iron rod found for the Southwest corner of this tract and the Southeast corner of a 0.68
acre tract conveyed to Wichita Christian School, Inc. by deed recorded in Volume 2820, Page
294, Official Public Records of Wichita County, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North with the East line of said 0.68 acre tract, a distance of 100.00 feet to an
iron rod set at the Southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Highland Self Storage
Venture by deed recorded in Volume 3399, Page 534, Official Public Recors of Wichita County,
for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 38' 21" E, with the South line of said Highland Self Storage Venture tract, a
distance of 351.40 feet to an iron rod set in the East line of said Lot 1, the West line of
Old Jacksboro Highway and at the Southeast corner of said Highland Self Storage Venture
tract, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South, with the East line of said Lot 1 and the West line of Old Jacksboro Highway,
a distance of 100.00 feet to the PLACE of BEGINNING and containing 0.81 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
he has lawful authority to make such dedications.
