School Lands, Wichita County, Texas, and being more SPecifically described by metes
and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a 1/2" iron rod at the Point of intersection of the Southeast Right -
of -Way Line of State Highway No. 79 and the Southwest Right -of -Way line of Professional,
Drive, a dedicated street, said 1/2' iron rod bears South 420 42' East 100.00 fast from
the most Easterly corner of Lot 5, Block 2, Highland Village Subdivision, an addition
to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, for the most Northerly corner and plats of beginning
of this description;
Thence South 420 42' East 150.03 feet along said Southwest Right -of -Way lihe of
Professional Drive to a 1/2' iron rod at a fence corner for the most Easterly corner
of this tract;
Thence North 880 34' 41' West 215.50 fast along a fence line to a 'X' in concrete
