WHEREAS Eden Buddemeyer is the Owner of Lot 6 and Lot 7, Block 2, Carriage Hills

122 of the Wichita County Plat Records and more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the West right—of—way line of Barnett Road for the
Southeast corner of Lot 6, Block 2 of Carriage Hills Addition, Section 1;
THENCE N 00' 13' W with the East line of said Lot 6 a distance of 40.00 feet to an
iron rod set for its Northeast comer;
THENCE N 52' 45' W a distance of 131.88 feet to an iron rod found for the Northeast
corner of said Lot 6 and being in the South line of Johnothan Place being a curve to the
right with a radius of 50.00 feet and a long chord which bears S 73' 46' W — 59.42 feet;
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction with said curve to the right and arc distance of 63.63
feet to an "X" set in concrete for the Northwest corner of said Lot 7, Block 2;
THENCE S 20' 08' W a distance of 109.79 feet to an iron rod found for the Southwest
corner of said Lot 7;
THENCE S 89'59' E with the South line of said Block 2 a distance of 199.94 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.37 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
