Records, said iron rod being in the intersection of the North line of Stephens Drive and the
West line of Barnett Road;
THENCE N 89' 58' 35" W with the North line of Stephens Drive, a distance of 140.51 feet
to an iron rod set for the Southwest corner of Lot 2;
THENCE N 00' 01 25' E with the West line of Lot 2, a distance of 120.00 feet to an iron
rod found for the Northwest corner of Lot 2;
THENCE S 89' 58' 35' E a distance of 140.11 feet to an iron rod found in the West line of
Barnett Road at the Northeast corner of Lot 1;
THENCE S 00' 10' 03" E with the West line of Barnett Road a distance of 120.0 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.39 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
