Whereas J.W. Revier is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in Block C, Kemp, Kell &
Joline Addition, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, described as follows;
BEGINNING at the N.W. Cor. of Lot 4, Block C, Kemp, Kell & Joline Addition.
THENCE East with the North line of said Lot 4, 108.0' to an iron stake in an occupation fence.
THENCE South with said occupation fence 94.0' to an iron stake in the North R.O.W. line of the
proposed Kell Expressway. -
THENCE Southwesterly along a curve to the left with Chord Distance and Bearing of S.75'-29'W.
87.0' to an iron stake for Cor.
THENCE N.520-05'W. 30.0' to iron stake for Cor. in the East R.O.W. line of Joline Street.
THENCE North with the East R.O.W. line of Joline St. 99.0' to the place of beginning and containing
0.26 Acres of land.
