A tract of land out of Block No. 6, Irrigation Subdivision of John A. Scott Survey No. 10, A 302, Wichita County, Texas
and also being out of that certain 17.20 acre tract as conveyed from Lula Nell to Floyd A. Rousseau by deed recorded in
Volume 393, Page 399, of the Wichita County Deed Records, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as
follows:
Beginning at a ky iron rod in a curve in the Southeasterly right of way line of Old Jacksboro Highway for the

in a 2' pipe for the most northerly Northwest corner of this tract;
Thence continuing along said Southeasterly right of way line of Old Jacksboro Highway North 85, 30, East 60.76
feet to a }" iron rod in a 2" or" for the point of intersection of said Southeasterly right of way line of Old Jacksboro
Highway and the westerly right of way line of Central Freeway East for the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence continuing along said westerly right of way line of Central Freeway East South 410 12' 30" East 235.00
feet to a #' iron rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 62' 13' West 405.43 feet to a y" iron rod for the Southeast corner of Lot 2, Armory Addition and
the Southwest corner of this tract;
