the West line of this tract;

corner in the West line of this tract;

corner of this tract;

right-of-way line of Talon Trail;
Westerly along the the North right-of-way line of Talon Trail, being d curve to the
left with a central angle of 2' 26' 05 a radius of 806.00 feet, and a chord that
bears N 89' 45' 09" W 34.25 feet, for an arc distance of 34.25 feet to an iron rod
found;
S 00' 39' 16" E a distance of 50.00 feet to an iron rod set in the South
right-of-way of Talon Trail;
S 00' 49' 37" E a distance of 148.14 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest
corner of Lot 1, Block 9, for on ell comer;
N 88' 31' 54" W a distance of 131.43 feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest
corner of Lot 10, Block 9, for an ell corner,
S 01' 28' 32" W a distance of 71.92 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest
corner of said Lot 10, Block 9, for an angle corner,
S 01' 23' 11" W 0 distance of 199.92 feet to an iron rod set on the South
right-of-way line of Olivia Lane, said rod being the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block
16, for an angle corner; and
S 01' 18' 33" W a distance of 125.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 6.03 Acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use
of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed, and
