BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod which lies in the south line of said 53.92-acre Hill tract, in the
north line of that certain tract of land deeded to Heber Brantley as recorded in Volume 1499, Page
528 of the Wichita County Deed Records, and NORTH 80'56'15' EAST 2166.10 feet from the southwest
comer of said Block 12, said rod being the southwest comer of Lot 6, Block 9, Hill & Hill Heights,
Section 1, Unit 4, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, as recorded in Volume 27, Pages
220-221 of the Wichita County Plat Records for the southeast comer and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this
tract;
THENCE NORTH 89'49'46' WEST 1083.10 feet along the south line of said 53.92-acre Hill tract and
along the north line of said Brantley tract to a 1/2 inch iron rod for the southwest comer of this
tract;
THENCE leaving the south line of said 53.92-acre Hbl tract and the north line of said Brantley tract,
