A .tract of land being more commonly known as Lots 10 and 11, Block 2, Pebble Hills Estates, Section 1, an addition
to the .city of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds
as follows: _
Beginning at a 1/2" iron rod lying in the North right-of-way line of Greentree Avenue, said 1/2" iron rod bears
South 89° 50' East 75.00feet from the point of intersection of said North right-of-way line of Greentree Avenue and
the East right-of-way line of Pebblestone Drive, said 1/2" iron rod being the Southeast corner of Lot 12, of said Block
2, and the Southwest corner of said Lot 11. Block 2, said 112" iron rod also being the Southwest corner and place of
beginning of this description; _

Thence along the East line of said Lot 12, Block 2, and the West line of said Lot 11, Block 2, North 00* 05' East
120.00 feet to a 1/2" iron rod lying,in the South line of a 20-foot alley, said 1/2" iron rod being the Northeast corner
