described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a one-half inch iron rod in the East right-of-way line of Hooper Drive, said point beers
North 000 05' East 3397.78 feet from the Soutlwest corner of said Lewis Wells Survey, for the Northwest corner
and place of beginning of Iris tract;
Thence leaving said East right-ot-way line of Hooper Drive, South 890 50' East 1121.73 feet to a point for
the Northeast corner of this tract;
