being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard, said point bears West 22.4 feet
and South 370.00 feet from the Southwest corner of the Cyrus Eakman Survey, A-450, said point being the
Southeast corner of Lot 1, Robert Forcum Subdivision, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, for
the Northeast corner and place at begina ing of this description;
