Lots 2-A and 2-8. Flack 1, Junk Addition, an addition to the City -of Wichita Falls, Texas, said tract being more -
specifically descritod by "tea and bound$ as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2' iron rod lying in the West ripht-of-Tray line of Colquitt Road, a dedicated Street, said
iron rod bears North 630 45' 07' West 1828.96 feet from the Southaest corner of said Robert Evans Survey, said Iron rod
also being the Northeast corner of Lot 2-C, Block 1, said sunk Addition, for the most Easterly Southeast corner and
place of beginning of this description.
Thence North 89a 37' West 150.00 feet along the North lino of said Lot 2-C to a 112" iron rod for the Northwest
corner of said Lot 2-C and an interior corner of this tract;
