324.97 feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of the above said Lot 1—A and for the
most Northerly Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 09 01' 43" W a distance of 130.15 feet along the West line of said Lot 1—A to a
found iron rod for the Southwest corner of Lot 1—A and an ell comer of this tract;
