Volume 29, Wichita County Plat Records, and being more specifically described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northeast comer of the above said Lot 1, Villa
West Addition, said rod being at the intersection of the West right-of-way line of Fairway
Boulevard, a dedicated street with the South right-of-way line of Brookdale Drive, a
dedicated street, for the Northeast comer and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this description;
THENCE S 09 01' 00" W with the West right-of-way line of Fairway Boulevard, a
distance of 426.64 feet to an iron rod found for the Southeast comer of Lot 2, Villa West
Addition;
THENCE leaving said West right-of-way line of Fairway Boulevard, S 89' 50' 50" W a
distance of 447.80 feet to a found nail in concrete for Southwest corner of this tract, said
nail also being the Southwest comer of said Lot 2;
THENCE N 31' 58' 30" W a distance of 106.00 feet to a found iron rod for comer,
THENCE N 09 10' 30" W a distance of 336.99 feet to a found iron rod in the said
South right-of-way line of Brookdale Drive for the Northwest comer of this tract, said rod
also being the Northwest corner of the above said Lot 2, Villa West Addition;
Thence N 89' 53' 39' E along the South right-of-way line of Brookdale Drive, a
distance of 505.06 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 4.885 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are
subscribed thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the
use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
