the point of Intersection of said North right-of-way line of 5th Street and the East
right-of-way line of Loop 11 (Beverly LYlve); said point of Intersection also being
the Southwest corner of Safeway Addition /11 the bearing of the tangent at said Iron
rod bears South 64' 501 West; said Iron rod befog the Southwest corner and place of
beginning of this description;
Thence leaving sold North right-of-way line North 25' 171 4est 180.0 feet to an
