of a tract of land out of the David Welch Survey, A-324, Wichita Falls, Texas, and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Region Nine Education Service Center Addition, as recorded
in Vol. 23, Page 222, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the East Fight -of -Way
line of Loop 11, which is a curve to the right having a radius of 1367.4 feet with a tangent
at this point which bears N 160 461 E;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve with a central angle of 000 481 an arc distance of 19.1
feet to an iron rod at end of curve;
THENCE N 170 341 E, along said East Right -of -Way line 316.4 feet to the South Right -of -Way line
of Northwest Drive;
THENCE East along said South Right -of -Way 79.3 feet;
THENCE South 285.6 feet to an iron rod in the North line of Region Nine Education Service Center;
THENCE S 794 161 W, with said North line 183.64 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.88 acre of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and considerations th ein expressed.
