WHEREAS, Donald E. Short is the owner of a tract of land out of Robert Evans Survey, A-74, Wichita County, Texas,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the East corner of Lot IA, Short's Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas, according to plat
recorded in Volume 25, Page 248, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being in the Northwest right-of-way line
of Seymour Highway, 759.7 feet Southwest from its intersection with the East line of Robert Evans Survey, A-74;
Thence N 34' 28' W with the Northeast line of said Lot IA, a distance of 366.0 feet to an iron rod, the Northeast
corner of Lot M, for the West corner of this tract;
THENCE 5 89' 59' E, 646.4 feet to an iron rod in the Northwest right-of-way line of Seymour Highway, for the East.
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 55" 32' W along said riyht-of-way, 532.85 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.24 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in person (it' through
a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses,
drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
