WHEREAS, William Paul Harvey and Donald E. Short are the owners of a tract
of land out of Robert Evans Survey, A-74, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the South corner of Lot 1, Short's Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas,
according to plat recorded in Volume 24, Page 395, Wichita County Plat Records,
said point being the East corner of Lot 1, Stallcup Addition, according to plat
recorded in Volume 24, Page 123, Wichita County Plat Records, said point also being
in the North right-of-way of Seymour Highway 954.9 feet Southwest from its
intersection with the East line of Robert Evans Survey, A-74;
THENCE N 47° 46' W with the Southwest line of Lot 1, Short's Addition and the
Northeast line of Lot 1, Stallcup Addition, at 205.0 feet passing the West corner
of Lot 1, Short's Addition, continuing, N 470 46' W, in all, a distance of 613.5
feet to an iron rod, the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Stallcup Addition, for the West
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 890 59' E, 408.0 feet to an iron rod, for the Northeast corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 340 28' E, at 166.0 feet passing the North corner of Lot 1, Short's Addition,
continuing, in all, a distance of 366.0 feet to an iron rod in the North right-of-way
line of Seymour Highway, the East corner of said Lot 1, for the East corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 551 32' W with said right-of-way line, 195.2 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 2.751 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto,
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements
and public places therppn sh wn for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
