WHEREAS, William Paul Harvey is the owner of a tract of land out of the Robert Evans
Survey, A-74, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the East corner of Lot 1, Stallcup Addition, Wichita Falls,
Texas, according to Plat recorded in Vol. 24, Page 123, Wichita County Plat Records, said
rod being in the North Right -of -Way of Seymour Highway 954.9 feet Southwest from its
intersection with the East line of the Robert Evans Survey, A-74;
THENCE N 47° 46' 11 with the Northeast line of said Lot 1, for a distance of 20S.S feet to
an iron rod;
THENCE N 550 32' E, 242.4 feet to an iron rod, for the North corner of this tract;
THENCE S 34° 28' E, 200.0 feet to an iron rod in the North Right -of -Way line of the Seymour
Highway;
THENCE S 55° 32' W with said Right -of -Way, 195.2 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
1.6 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon
shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
