25, Plat Records of Wichita County, Texas;
THENCE N 55°15' E with the North line of Block 255 and the South line of Tenth Street
105.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE S 34052' E 165.0 feet to an iron rod, said rod being in the North line of a 20
foot alley;
THENCE S 55°15' W with North line of said alley 105.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 34052' W 165.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.398 acre of
land.
The owners of the land shown on the plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in
person or through duly authorized agents hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all
streets, all alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown
for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
